Who wouldn't like to get a treat bag with Hoppy the Bat? Isn't he the cutest frog bat you've ever seen? I used Tags & More 2 Deco to create the treat bag. I used Elizabeth Craft Designs' Rainy Day(umbrella) for the bat wings, Candle for the dripping goo and horns and Snowman for the fangs. I added a bit of Spring Peridot Silk Microfine Glitter to the goo.
